What we do?
Product identification is an essential element of the success of an efficiently operating enterprise. Giving the products an ID in the form of a 2D code allows for efficient production management, increasing the quality of production (e.g. quick location of a defective production batch), or locating the product during storage and transport.
Standard marking solutions (i.e. printing, laser engraving) are very often damaged by dirt, scratching or color change, e.g. of details working at high temperature. In order to meet the problems, SEICO has developed an innovative DataMatrix code marking solution based on the DPM (Direct Part Marking) technology, which consists in permanent marking of the material by laser cutting.
We design 2D codes (DataMatrix) according to the customer's specifications and, if necessary, we integrate them with mechanical documentation. We produce markers with 2D codes in the form of plates (stainless steel, heat-resistant steel) for the identification of components in the technological line, primarily for applications equipped with furnaces, where the temperature is very high and traditional solutions are not applicable.
